About our ingredients:
The lavender scent will calm while the weight of the flaxseed relaxes with gentle pressure and light blocking.
Flaxseed retains moisture and will maintain cool/warm temperatures longer than other fillers. Flaxseed does not have a scent and will not have a burnt/stale smell when heated. They can safely be reheated over and over again!

Heating instructions:
Heat in the microwave for 20 second intervals until the pillow is warm.
Be careful not to overheat - the pillow should not be hot!
Test temperature before placing over eyes.
Our pillow will stay warm for about 45 minutes and can be reheated over and over again!
Cooling instructions:
Place the pillow in a plastic bag and leave in the freezer for at least one hour.
Care instructions:
Fabric is 100% cotton. Wash outer cover in cold water with like colors.
Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Spot clean inner pouch.
To boost the scent:
To refresh the lovely scent simply squeeze the eye mask to break open the lavender buds. For a stronger scent boost, add a drop or two of high quality lavender essential oil to the inner pillow.
